1. The Development of the Guidebook on Anti-Corruption Program for Business in Cambodia
Another remarkable achievement of the Anti-Corruption Unit in 2015 is the development of a Guidebook on Anti-Corruption Program for Business in Cambodia which was officially launched in February 2015. The private sector is the strategic and crucial partner in fighting corruption, especially the establishment of favorable condition for the growth and sustainable development. The Guidebook highlights fundamental components for the private sector for their kind consideration as well as for the implementation and strengthening of its internal regulation in order that they can conduct fair and clean business in compliance with the existing laws and corporate social responsibility.

2. The signing of Memorandum of Understanding on Cooperation between Anti-Corruption Unit and National and International Companies
Up to April 2015, over 20 national and international companies doing businesses in Cambodia have signed the MoUs on cooperation with Anti-Corruption Unit. The giant international companies that have signed MoU with Anti-Corruption Unit are Cambodian Beverage Company Ltd (Coca-Cola) and Prudential (Cambodia) Life Assurance Plc., and AEON (Cambodia) Co., Ltd. The main purpose of this MoU is to show the commitment and willingness of supporting the policy and Anti-Corruption Program of the Kingdom of Cambodia as well as to contribute to building culture of clean business which is being deeply rooted and is in the stage of progress in Cambodia from day to day.
