Anti-Corruption Strategy and Policy – Anti-Corruption Strategic Plan Phase 2 (2015 – 2020)
A lot of achievements made by NCAC in the first mandate (2010 – 2015), and NCAC has launched its anti-corruption strategy and policy document as well as the strategic plan – phase 2 (2015 – 2020) on3rd August 2015 which was officially signed by His Excellency Top Som, the President of NCAC and His Excellency Om Yentieng, the President of ACU. Samdech Preah Karuna Preah Bat Samdech Preah Boromneath Norodom Sihamoni, His Majesty the King of Cambodia and Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen, the Prime Minister of Cambodia conveyed the messages and gave a big congratulation to NCAC and ACU. In the meantime, His Majesty the King of Cambodia also highly praised the Royal Government of Cambodia for setting out the right policy and strategy, which has contributed to the country development, particularly the achievements made in the second and third rectangular strategy. Prime Minister also gave full support for the historic and successful mission of NCAC and ACU, aiming to achieve the common goal of the country namely the restoration and development of the country, leading to the harmony and wisdom for all Cambodian citizens. The anti-corruption strategic plan document of the second mandate (2015-2020) is becoming more in-depth and lively, playing the role as a roadmap for ACU to fulfill its mission within the five-year strategic plan. The 05 core defined strategies include education, obstruction and prevention, law enforcement, international cooperation, good governance and internal disciplinary action.
