The following hotels have been designated as official accommodations. For convenience, the Bali Beach Hotel, which is the meeting venue, is recommended for delegates. Alternatively, delegates may make individual reservations at the Prime Plaza Hotel, located very close to the meeting venue, or at any other hotel of their choice.

Airport transfer will be provided by KPK on the day of arrival and the day of departure. Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport is located 40 minutes (18 km) from the meeting venue.  One dedicated car will be provided for each ASEAN-PAC Country Member from the day of arrival until the day of departure.
